Online and In Class
Courses in this program are typically offered over one or two full days from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. as online synchronous, hybrid, or in class at the Downtown Campus.
Online learning fits into busy schedules by taking the learning experience out of the traditional classroom. Students have online access to instructors, fellow learners, and learning materials.

All Continuing Education programs are developed with part-time learners in mind. The Supervisor's Toolkit is a 42-hour program.
The length of time it takes to complete this program varies by student. If you take one or two courses per term, you will likely complete the program in 3 to 6 months.

You do not require a degree or diploma to apply for admission to this program.
To apply, you must meet the following requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- Grade 12 diploma (recommended)
- Relevant work experience (recommended)
- If English is not your first language, you must meet the English language proficiency requirements
Students will be automatically admitted when they register for BUS 654 Transitioning from Supervisor to Valued Leader.
On completion of this program, you may wish to pursue studies in another.
Upon completing The Supervisor's Toolkit, up to 28 hours of applicable courses may be transferred towards the Professional Certificate for Emerging Leaders. Up to 21 hours of applicable courses may be transferred towards the Certificate for Front Line Leaders. Up to 7 hours of applicable courses may be transferred towards Influence Skills Training for Professionals.
