Course Details

By the completion of this course, successful students will be able to:

  • Explain the components, benefits, and governance considerations of agents in SharePoint and Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat.
  • Identify which individuals within an organization has permission to create, use, and share agents.
  • Demonstrate how to interact with prebuilt agents in Copilot Chat, explain their functions, and recognize their limitations.
  • Apply prebuilt agents  to improve productivity and collaboration.
  • Design agents in SharePoint and Copilot Chat, including effective instructions and starter prompts.
  • Create agents across platforms, including Microsoft Teams, and maintain chat history efficiently.
