The length of time it takes to complete this program varies by student. If you take one course per term (four courses a year), you will likely complete the program within 8 to 18 months. You will complete the program faster if you take multiple courses per term.

Transferability from the discontinued JIBC Conflict Resolution Certificate
Students who were previously enrolled in the discontinued Conflict Resolution Certificate program have the opportunity to apply for transferable hours towards courses in this program. Courses will transfer as follows:

Upon completing Workplace Conflict Management Certificate, up to 20 hours of equivalent courses may be transferred towards the Certificate in Change Management, Human Resource Management Certificate, Certificate in Professional Management, Certificate in Professional Management - PEG, Certificate in Professional Management specializing in Construction Management, Certificate in Professional Management specializing in Risk Management, Certificate in Professional Management specializing in Strategic Management. The number of hours will vary based on program requirements and courses.
