The UCID is an 8-digit University of Calgary identification number associated with your Continuing Education records. Once you create an account, you will be able to log in to your account and access Desire2Learn.
If you have taken a Continuing Education course since 2003, you already have a UCID. If you cannot remember it, please do not create a new account. You can try the Forgot UCID or Forgot Password links. If you prefer, you may also call 403-220-2866 during regular office hours (Mon – Fri, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (MT)) for assistance. Outside of these hours, please contact the UCIT Support Centre (403-220-5555). Be sure to identify yourself as a Continuing Education student.
If you have not taken a Continuing Education course since 2003, you are considered a new user and must create a new account.
UCalgary Students and Staff:
The UCID you received as an undergraduate/graduate student or as staff at the university will not work to generate a Continuing Education student account. You are considered a new user and must create a new account.
