Course Description

This course is designed for intermediate learners. This level consists of the following elements: reflexive verbs, the conditional and subjunctive tenses. Conversation at this level is of a higher level of fluency and confidence.

  • Talk about future events
  • Talk about professional and personal goals, professional choices, vacation plans
  • Make polite requests
  • State opinions about people's actions
  • Express wishes, beliefs, doubts and various emotions

Notes

French is spoken in all classes, even at the beginner level.

Classes are held online in real time (Mountain Time) at the specified time and dates.

This course uses:

  • Desire2Learn (D2L), an online learning management system. The instructor will post your course outline and other materials in D2L.
  • Zoom web conferencing software.

To fully participate in the live sessions you will need to have access to a reliable headset with microphone and a webcam [include only those necessary].
