Course Description
Improved understanding of human behaviour in organizations enhances your effectiveness, and influences the development and operation of your workplace. Topics include: your own behaviour and its impact on others, mentoring, culture, structure, the decision-making process, employee relations, productivity, and ethical issues.

COURSE OBJECTIVES:
- Analyze your own workplace behaviour and the effect it has on your relationships in the workplace
- Explore the impact human behaviour has on organizational culture
- Apply motivational strategies to increase productivity in the workplace
- Use negotiation tools and strategies to prevent conflict in the workplace
- Recommend specific measures to improve organizational effectiveness
- Recognize the benefits of diversity and its positive impact on performance
- Examine behavioural differences through exploration of personality, perception, values, and attitudes
