Course Description
The most effective leaders in today's corporate environments are those who empower individuals and understand the dynamics of high performing teams. Leaders have a responsibility to engage strategies to inspire and motivate individual members, address team challenges and recognize the different elements required to establish mutual trust and respect, all while moving the team forward.
