Participants will explore the foundations of effective leadership, including self-awareness, communication, coaching, and team building. 

Upon completion of this program, participants will learn to:

  • Lead with clarity and confidence
  • Build trust and engagement within their teams
  • Navigate difficult conversations and provide constructive feedback
  • Balance results with people-focused leadership
  • Foster collaboration, inclusion, and accountability

By the conclusion of the program, participants will leave with a stronger leadership presence, a supportive network of peers, and a personalized action plan to guide their continued growth.
