Gain insights into the importance of contract awareness, project controls, documentation, communication, and change management on projects, alongside best practices for avoiding claims and disputes. Understand the prevalent causes of cost and schedule overruns that result in claims and disputes; learn how early project phases and decisions can affect the construction phase. Review best practices for preparing and analyzing change orders and claims. Explore analysis and quantification techniques for complex change orders and claims, including those related to delay, loss of productivity, and cumulative impact. Learn about various dispute resolution mechanisms.
