Course Details
By the completion of this course, successful students will be able to:
- Identify important metrics included in human resources reports that provide an organizational overview (eg. recruitment metrics, and performance metrics)
- Explain how to use data visualization tools to communicate vital HR information which employs compelling storytelling techniques, effectively optimizes workplace management, and enhances employee performance
- Describe the use of automation, streamlining information, and ensuring data integrity to avoid HR reporting pitfalls
- Use data visualization tools (e.g. Excel or other data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau) to design basic reports with technical specialists to create HR dashboards
