In this year long Diploma, comprised of four terms (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter) we will provide ongoing supervision for select cases from your work caseload.
The supervision will be both in the form of individual supervision (1 or 2 students) as well as a whole group supervision. The total hours for the Diploma are 350 face to face (direct) client contact clock hours.
The Diploma offers the 70 hours in supervision. The program does not facilitate the process of finding a placement (practicum). Students are responsible to find the best placement fit for them. During the Diploma, we (supervisors and students) will come together for one week during Spring/Summer at the Calgary Family Therapy Centre for 30 hours of observation and reflecting team participation.
