Course Description
Examine current thinking about leadership and the functions, activities and principles of leadership in organizational settings. Discover your own leadership style and strengths, and learn strategies for developing skills and abilities. This interactive course uses case studies, role-plays, self-assessment and other activities.

COURSE OBJECTIVES
This course is designed to introduce you to key aspects of leadership and provide a solid understanding of leadership, especially within organizations and your own life. At the end of the course, you will be able to:
- demonstrate an understanding of popular leadership theories
- display evidence of an enhanced self-awareness and reflection
- know the importance of, and have the ability to, develop a leadership vision
- explain systems thinking and how it relates to leadership
