Course Description
Requirements are formed from business needs and are the foundation for change. Information from various sources must be elicited, modelled, and analyzed, and potentially more information elicited, before well-written requirements can be finalized.
Business analysts excel at this iterative and investigative analytical process.
Learn to implement various analytical frameworks, explore diverse elicitation techniques, such as process modelling, interviews, and interface analysis. Examine approaches for prioritizing and managing requirements.
