Course Description

Change Management Theory and Application

In the 21st century, organizations and workplaces experience constant change. Changes in leadership, organizational structure, operational systems and business culture impact business outcomes and the individuals involved. In this introduction to change theory, the underlying human behaviour elements and organizational processes will be integral as the focus is on the people impacted by change and those leading and managing it. Learn organizational change strategies through different lenses and frameworks, and examine interventions and tools to plan and manage the change process. Learn technique and tactics to facilitate change within an organization, through engaged processes.
