Course Description
Health, safety and environment professionals need to understand the way their businesses work, the management system and the roles of managers, the work of management in planning, organizing, leading and controlling work, and organizational change and how to deal with it. Further, they must be skilled and competent trainers, and have a proper understanding of training methods, curriculum development and evaluation. Discuss the key aspects of organizational behaviour and business administration necessary to be an effective HSE professional in today's workplace.
