Course Description
A performance domain is defined as a group of related activities critical for successfully delivering project outcomes within the project management system. The eight project performance domains form an integrated system to successfully deliver the project and intended outcomes.
You will examine the eight performance domains. Learn how these domains interact with each other and operate as an integrated and interdependent component of a project system of value delivery.

By completion of this course, successful students will be able to:
- Identify the eight project performance domains
- Summarize how the performance domains impact the value delivery components
- Illustrate the importance of the Measurement Performance and Uncertainty domains
- Investigate the functions of the Development Approach, Life-Cycle Performance, and the Planning Performance domains within projects
- Outline the application of both the Project Work and Delivery Performance domains
