Students are able to create and respond to discussion threads.

Step by Step Instructions:

STEP 1

In the red navigation bar, click Discussions.

STEP 2

Click on the Topic where you want to create a thread.

STEP 3

Click Start a New Thread.

STEP 4

Add a title in the subject text box, and type a comment in the content field.

Note: Check the Subscribe to this thread option if you want to receive email updates when someone replies to your post. Check the Pin Thread option if you want your post to stay on top when you view all threads in this topic. Use the Save as Draft button if you want to save your post as a draft and edit later.

STEP 5

Click Post to finish creating your discussion thread. It should now appear in the Discussion Topic you selected.
