Step One

Review course options

During the registration process, you will be asked to select your top choices from the course options below. We try to run all courses students have selected as their top choices, but in cases of low enrolment, some courses may not run. If this happens we will contact you to transfer to available courses, or provide you with a full refund.

Step Three

Register

  1. Select your stream:
  2. Expand the term you want to select, then click Add to Cart.
  3. Click Checkout.
  4. Select Full payment or Deposit, and click Checkout.
  5. Create your account and fill out your information.
  6. Fill out the application.
  7. Select payment.

Note: If you have chosen to pay using other payment methods, please contact us at esl@ucalgary.ca to arrange your payment.


Step Four

Letter of Acceptance

Once your minimum payment has been received and your application has been reviewed and approved, you will be sent a letter of acceptance for your program of studies. Your letter of acceptance is required to apply for an entrance document.


Step Five

Pay your remaining balance

If you paid a deposit for a term of study, you will need to pay the full remaining balance at least two weeks before the term begins.
