Course Description

Building on Arabic 1, this course will introduce you to the Arabic script and further develop vocabulary, grammar and conversational skills.  

Course Details

The following topics will be covered:

  1. Reading and writing Arabic script
  2. Introductions and sharing of personal information
  3. Time and schedules
  4. At the restaurant
  5. At home
  6. Services and public places in community
  7. At school/children in school

The course will address grammar in the form of sentence construction. The focus will be on building contextual communication. This ensures accuracy in applying the structure of the language without the boredom of studying grammar. 

Prerequisites

ARA 101 Arabic 1, or an equivalent.
