Course Description
To successfully guide the adoption and implementation of e-learning within organizations, e-learning practitioners need practical tools and approaches that support effective project planning and decision-making. In this course, you will assess organizational readiness, evaluate partner support, and identify the conditions necessary for sustainable e-learning adoption. Emphasis is placed on selecting e-learning initiatives that align with organizational goals and support ongoing learning success.
By the end of the course, you will have the tools to guide organizations through effective, goal-aligned e-learning adoption with confidence and practical insight.
