Course Description

As Artificial Intelligence (AI) transforms the way we work, there is a growing demand for leaders who can confidently use, guide, and make ethical decisions about AI, rather than just understand it technically. This course is structured to help leaders, such as managers and supervisors, integrate AI technology into how they manage people and work – without losing human touch. This is essential for organizations because it can facilitate knowledge acquisition and improve everyday decision-making, workforce planning, and people management. 

Through practical examples and reflective exercises, the course guides leaders in identifying opportunities to use AI to lead more effectively, make better decisions, improve team productivity, and future-proof their leadership competence and employee coaching approach.

  • Apply people-centered and ethical supervisory approaches to integrate AI responsibly into team management, employee engagement, and process improvements.
