Course Description

Successful projects follow a systematic and organized management method, typically using a five (5) phase approach. Utilizing a process-based approach towards project management considers the sequencing and interaction of all the inputs, tools, techniques, and outputs tailored to meet the stakeholders' requirements.

This session provides an in-depth exploration of project management phases, covering essential concepts, methodologies, and best practices for successfully navigating each stage of a project's lifecycle. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing phases, along with practical techniques for managing resources, risks, and stakeholders effectively. Participants will learn how the tasks, activities, and process groups interact within each project life cycle phase and contribute to a project.
