Course Description

Develop Stronger Teams

“Leave your emotions at the door” is not realistic. Emotions of all kinds, expressed in multiple ways are part of life. How do we connect with each other when faced with conflict, sadness, anger, fear each while needing to get work done?

These kinds of challenges face leaders and colleagues every day; caring individuals who have no idea what to do with all that emotion.

This 8-session program is designed to help managers develop a deeper understanding of the power of emotion in the workplace.  The workshops will underscore the need to understand and learn how to address emotions in leadership and workplace interactions. Topics will include reviewing emotional intelligence and the place of vulnerability; strategies for building resilience and courage; considering burnout and embracing cultural differences. Spread across several months, the sessions will equip participants with practical tools to foster a healthier, more inclusive, and productive work environment.
