The high reliance on information technology infrastructure by organizations has placed a significant demand on information system organizations to be both effective and efficient. The framework of Information Technology Infrastructure Libraries (ITIL®) Service Management has now become the de-facto best practice worldwide for the provision of high-quality IT services that customers demand.
Continuing Education and Procept Associates Ltd. offer this program for professionals who are completing the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management. The course uses the ITIL® framework, and prepares participants to write the ITIL® Foundations examinations at the end of the course.
Courses are instructor-led, face-to-face and are delivered in a classroom.
Students will receive a 'CR' for 'Completed requirements' or 'DNC' for 'Did not complete' if the requirements of the course were not met. This does not include the marks for the exam. Exam results will be emailed out 6-8 weeks after the exam is written and will be either a pass or fail. In the case of a fail, the results will be accompanied with the list of domains in which you had a mark lower than the passing grade to prepare you to retake the exam.
If you have successfully passed the course and exam, your ITIL® certificate will be awarded.
