When permitted, any use of AI must be transparently disclosed in accordance with the instructions provided.
It is possible to reference AI tools without having used them to generate content. For example, citing an AI tool as a source, just as you would cite any other software or digital platform.
Most AI chat tools now include a sharing option that generally provides users with a URL. This makes creating an APA Style reference simpler.
