Attendance
As an International Professional Program (IPP) student, you are registered in a closed cohort. This means that all students in your cohort take the same courses at the same time throughout the program. Students are expected to attend all classes. IPP requires a minimum attendance of 80% per course. Attendance in all scheduled sessions is mandatory and will contribute to your final grade. Arriving more than 30 minutes late or having unexcused absences will affect your grade. If you are unable to attend a class, please notify the instructor via email as early as possible. It is your responsibility to catch up on any missed content, ideally by working with a peer or reviewing the course materials. Absences may result in students having to repeat a course, particularly for in-person courses with participation-graded components.
If you need to retake a course for any reason, please see Repeating a Course.
There are no refunds issued for individual IPP courses for any reason. Please refer to Refunds and Transfers should you need to withdraw from your program.
