Hosts, Presenters, and Participants should complete the Audio Wizard to ensure that microphone and speakers are properly configured for online meetings.

Plug in your headset, or turn on your speakers and microphone. Complete the audio set-up as follows.

STEP 1

In the main menu, select Meetings, in the dropdown menu, select Audio Setup Wizard.

STEP 2

The Adobe Connect Wizard dialogue box explains the setup process. Click Next.

STEP 3

Click Play Sound to check speakers. Adjust speaker settings and repeat until the speaker volume levels are suitable. Click Next.

STEP 4

Select Microphone from the dropdown menu. Click Next.

STEP 5

Click Record to check Microphone Volume. Speak into the microphone using a normal voice. Click Stop when done. Click Play Recording to confirm that the microphone is working properly. Click Next.

STEP 6

Test Silence to detect background noise levels. Click Next.

STEP 7

After successfully setting completing the Audio Setup Wizard, click Finish.
