Dick Martin Scholarship Award
Established in 2002, the Dick Martin Scholarship Award was established by the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety (CCOHS) in memory of Mr. Richard (Dick) Martin, a former Governor of CCOHS, to recognize his tireless efforts and pioneering work in the field of Occupational Health and Safety.

Value: $3,000 (three awards of $3,000 are presented)
Number: Two per year
Eligibility
Any student enrolled, either full-time or part-time, in an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) related course or program at an accredited college or university in Canada leading to an OHS certificate, diploma or degree. Programs include mine safety, occupational or industrial health and safety, industrial hygiene, safety management or other related safety degree program.
Deadline
Essays are to be received no later than 11:59 pm EST on January 31st of each year. Submissions received after the deadline will not be considered.
