The Chartered Professionals in Human Resources of Alberta (CPHR Alberta) is a non-for-profit professional association dedicated to strengthening the human resources profession and upholding the highest standards of practice.

The Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) Designation

Obtaining this designation is a three step process. It requires:

1. Membership in CPHR Alberta,
2. Successful completion of the National Knowledge Exam® (NKE) or NKE waiver approval, and
3. Completion of the Experience Validation Assessment.
