Course Description

Group projects can be rewarding, but they often come with challenges like miscommunication and uneven participation. Join us for a 1-hour workshop designed to help you equip your students with essential collaboration and constructive dialogue skills.

We’ll explore the importance of these skills in the classroom and introduce the Future Skills modules—flexible, easy-to-integrate resources for your course. You’ll see key content from the Collaboration & Constructive Dialogue modules, with practical strategies you can apply right away.

Hear from a Victoria Guglietti from Faculty of Communication & Media Studies who has successfully implemented the Collaboration module in a large enrollment 200-level course, sharing insights and student feedback. We’ll conclude with an interactive Q&A, where you can ask questions, share ideas, and walk away with actionable strategies for improving group work in your classroom.
