Course Description

Transform how you approach organizational change with our specialized "Human-Centric Change" course. Designed specifically for postgraduate students, social/community service workers, non-profit leaders, and emerging leaders, this course provides you with the essential tools and knowledge to implement your next big change in an empathetic and effective way.

Our holistic approach ensures that you are prepared to drive change and do so in a way that prioritizes the well-being and development of the people involved. Many in the social services/non-profit sector depend on their people skills in their work with clients, while applying these skills as a leader or in a business aren’t as clearly understood or easily transferred. Being successful in change requires a balance of great people skills and a good process, this course will help you understand how to best mesh these two elements, with a human-centric first approach.

• Expert Instructors: Learn from experienced leaders and human-centric change-makers in the field.
• Practical Applications: deepen your understanding with discussion based on the lived experience of our practitioners and case studies.
