Building a project plan is one thing, but understanding the intricacies of scheduling and how this relates to critical path and milestone creation and management is important for successful project delivery.
The objective of this course is to provide participants with the necessary skills and techniques to proficiently navigate project schedules. Through the use of practical examples and interactive exercises, participants will gain an understanding of how to develop, maintain, and optimize project schedules for effective project delivery. The workshop also delves into the interplay between project risks and scheduling, emphasizing the potential impact of specific risks on project schedule planning.
