This session is designed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and strategies required to identify, navigate, and overcome roadblocks and challenges that people commonly encounter during collaboration with peers and/or teams.
By the completion of this course, successful students will be able to:
- Recognize common roadblocks and challenges impacting collaboration and the broader team/organizational culture
- Examine some problem-solving and decision-making techniques for Navigating Roadblocks across all teams and stakeholders
- Discuss how these techniques can support the cultivation of a Growth Mindset
