FSW 158 - Using Outcome Data to Transform Programs and Client outcomes. - Part 2

Course Description

This free 90-minute online presentation will build on the introduction provided in Robbie’s 2022 workshop focusing on using routine outcome measurement in practice and ways that data can positively impact client outcomes. We will briefly review key concepts in outcome measurement, learning from the Depression and other Calgary Counselling Centre’s Programs to provide a practical lens into ways practice can be transformed and clients can experience improved, measurable results. The workshop will also include a roundtable conversation to respond to real world questions and experiences from practice.
