Course Description
The most effective leaders in today's corporate environments are those who empower individuals and understand the dynamics of high performing teams. Leaders are responsible for engaging strategies to inspire and motivate individual members, address team challenges and recognize the elements required to establish mutual trust and respect, all while moving the team forward.
Course Details
Upon completion of this course, successful students will be able to:
- Identify the characteristics of high performing teams
- Explore various leadership tactics required to develop and maintain an engaged team
- Recognize the different elements of team composition and evolution
- Create an action plan for developing a high performing team
