Course Description

Top Hat is an active learning platform, which can help instructors increase student engagement, create interactive assignments and assess what students are taking away from their lectures. Top Hat allows learners to participate in-person or remotely using their own computers, smartphones or tablets.

This will be an introductory session facilitated by a trainer from Top Hat. Topics covered include:

  • Account Set Up
  • Folder Management
  • Uploading Slides
  • Creating Closed & Open Ended Questions
  • Presenting & Taking Attendance
  • Syncing with D2L

Please note: Registration will close 48 hours before each workshop. Participants will receive relevant Zoom information via email at least 1 hour before the designated start time.
