Designing High Quality Rubrics

A rubric is more than a grading tool and a great way to gauge student learning, engagement, and competencies. Designing high-quality rubrics promotes student-centered learning through clear communication, explicit assignment expectations, and timely feedback. By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to identify the essential components of a rubric, recognize different types of rubrics, and discover how effective rubrics can promote deeper learning and skills development for your students.

Please note: Registration will close 48 hours before each workshop. Participants will receive relevant Zoom information via email at least 1 hour before the designated start time.
