Communication and interaction harmoniously coincide in second or additional language learning. In present time however, the push for online learning due to the Covid-19 pandemic has challenged opportunities for meaningful interaction in the language classroom.
In this workshop, the neurolinguistic approach (a pedagogical method to develop oral language in the second or foreign language classroom) will be introduced, along with concrete activities at all planning stages in the second or additional language classroom.
At the end of this workshop, you will be able to:
- Explore the neurolinguistic approach in second language education and its application in the virtual classroom
- Identify a variety of online language learning tools to support diagnostic, formative, and final tasks
