Course Description

Students and practitioners from Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) programs at UCalgary reflect on the challenges and opportunities presented by the disruption to face-to-face internships and clinical placements as a result of the coronavirus. In this roundtable, panelists share how they responded, what worked, and what learning we can apply to WIL programs in the future.

Learning Objectives

  • Participants will engage panelists in conversations about their response to sustaining WIL through the COVID-19 crisis
  • Participants will reflect on lessons learned about the strengths and poentail areas of growth for the adaptability and sustainability of WIL programs in the future
