ICT 719 - IT Project Management: Integrated Project

Course Description

This is a project-based course where students will work on a project proposal. It will provide students with an opportunity to explore various approaches to planning and managing information for technology projects.This is designed to allow students to demonstrate competences and skills on Information Technology (IT) Project Management.

The instructor will guide students through the stages of the project until the deliverables are met.

By completion of this course, successful students will be able to:

1. Demonstrate knowledge and skills of IT Project Management tools and techniques
2. Evaluate and select project management frameworks, tools and techniques for the designated project scenarios as applicable
3. Apply IT project management methodologies including agile approaches
