This is not an introductory course, it does not have prerequisites, however students must have previous knowledge of Agile Methodologies, Software Development and Project Management.
Course Learning Outcomes
By completion of this course, successful students will be able to:
- Compare the Domains and Tasks for PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® against different agile practices
- Evaluate different agile methodologies to adaptively plan as a project moves through the life cycle
- Manage agile practices which include different approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP
