Course Description

In this two day Professional Scrum Master (PSM) course, discover the principles and (empirical) process theory of the Scrum framework, and the role of the Scrum Master. Through a combination of lecture and hands-on team-based activities, you will learn about the theory and practice of Scrum and be introduced to advanced tools for effective servant-leadership. Students are challenged to think on their feet to ensure that Scrum is understood and well implemented by the team. Upon course completion, attendees will be well-prepared to take the online certification exam.
