Course Description

This Advanced Project Management Training enhances skills in Cost, Procurement, and Quality Management. Participants will learn to track financial performance (CPI, SPI, TCPI), manage procurement contracts, and ensure quality through root cause analysis. Through case studies and hands-on exercises, they will gain practical insights to balance cost, quality, and procurement efficiency.

By the completion of this course, successful students will be able to:

  • Apply Cost Management KPIs (CPI, SPI, TCPI) to track and control project finances.
  • Recognize the right contract types and assess vendor performance in Procurement Management.
  • Identify and mitigate procurement risks through structured evaluation methods.
  • Analyze the Cost of Quality (COQ) and implement effective quality assurance techniques.
  • Use Root Cause Analysis tools (5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram) to prevent project failures.
