Course Description

It takes a great deal of skill to tell people that their work is not up to expectations - in a way that the person remains motivated, corrects errors and works hard to improve. During this course, participants will participate in group discussions, individual exercises and self-reflection. Providing and receiving performance feedback is an art, and leaders need to understand how to apply it based on situational context.
