Course Description

Organizational culture just happens and often senior leaders are okay with it. Smart leaders focus on creating a specific culture by taking steps to purposefully define the culture. In this course you’ll develop a deeper understanding of culture and how to design and maintain it. Using effective organizational structures and systems you’ll learn how to diagnose your personal, team and organizational cultures. Develop strategies to optimize yours and your team’s performance within the context of your unique workplace.
