Course Description

As workforce expectations evolve, organizations are rethinking how work and personal life intersect. In this course, you will explore how work-life dynamics influence employee well-being, engagement, and organizational performance.

Grounded in current social and demographic trends, the course examines work-family conflict, dependent care realities, and the impact of stress on today’s workforce. You will also explore how technology, shifting expectations, and changing employment patterns are redefining flexibility and how people experience work. Through an applied lens, you will evaluate existing practices and identify opportunities to better support diverse employee needs while maintaining organizational effectiveness.

By the end of the course, you will be equipped to build a practical, evidence-informed business case for work-life integration, linking improved approaches to retention, engagement, and healthier, more sustainable organizations.
