Course Description
Employee benefits are a critical component of total rewards shaping employees’ well‑being, financial security and overall work experience. In this course, you will explore how organizations design, manage and communicate benefit programs that support both workforce needs and business priorities.
You will examine the full spectrum of benefits commonly offered in Canadian workplaces, including health coverage, life insurance, and retirement savings plans. Through practical scenarios and applied learning, you will assess how decisions related to plan design, funding, and communication affect cost, risk, and perceived value. You will also identify opportunities to enhance program effectiveness and alignment.
