Course Description
Meaningful program design requires strategic and iterative engagement with a program’s budget throughout the development processes. Join Kelly Hoglund and Jaclyn Carter as they explore key tools and supports offered through the Program Innovation Hub that are designed to support units to develop and expand academic programs with financial sustainability in mind.
