Course Details

By completion of this course, successful students will be able to: 

  • Describe how strategic HR data analytics informs workforce decisions, employee engagement, and business actions. 

  • Articulate the importance of strategic change management, HR brand management, and partner engagement planning in positioning HR professionals as value-creating business partners. 

  • Analyze strategic planning frameworks for building and improving HR strategic capacity. 

  • Apply scenario planning and strategic forecasting to business challenges and organizational objectives. 

  • Recommend tools, techniques, and data-driven methodologies appropriate for strategic business analysis and actionable insights. 

  • Create communication, change management, and partner engagement plans for implementation of strategic HR initiatives. 

Proficiencies

This course is for human resources professionals who have experience in a generalist role and have been involved in HR functions beyond data entry—such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, or policy development.  

This is not an HR entry level course.
