Course Learning Outcomes: 

Upon successful completion of this course, learners will be able to: 

  • Build automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Make.com, and n8n. 

  • Integrate third-party services using REST APIs, handling authentication and data inputs/outputs. 

  • Configure advanced automation logic including filters, conditionals, schedulers, and loops. 

  • Evaluate and optimize workflows for reliability, scalability, and cross-functional collaboration.

Prerequisites

No mandatory prerequisites. However, prior experience with web-based tools, mobile app development, or digital workflows is recommended. Completion of MAP 120 Building SaaS and Mobile Interfaces with Vibe Coding, MAP 130 Building SaaS-Ready Mobile App Backends with Cloud Services, or MAP 210 API and AI Integration for SaaS and Mobile Apps will help learners maximize the value of this course.

This is an Online Hybrid course with Online Synchronous Sessions held online in real time (Mountain Time) using Zoom web conferencing software. To fully participate in the classes, students will need: an internet connection, and a reliable headset with microphone.

Unless notified, all online courses are available at 9 am MT the day before the start date. Students registering on (or after) the start date will receive access within one day of registration.

Students unfamiliar with online learning are encouraged to take our free Digital Skills for Learning Online course.
